Job Description

The Director Change Enablement will be responsible for building a new Change Enablement function. The goal of this team will be to equip our employees to navigate, adapt and thrive through strategic business and technology transformations and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

This leader will be responsible for overseeing change enablement and enterprise communications for all corporate strategic initiatives. They will establish an Acosta standard for change enablement and focus on growing competency within the organization to ultimately improve adoption, alignment, and engagement across the company.

The Director will manage a team a Change Enablement Leads that will collaborate with senior leaders, project teams, and cross-functional partners to design and execute comprehensive change management plans that aid in the delivery of the objectives of our strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities
  • Establish and grow a high-performing Change Management team, including recruiting, training, and mentoring team members to support large-scale corporate initiatives.
  • Design and implement tailored change management frameworks, tools, and methodologies to ensure effective delivery and adoption of strategic initiatives across the organization.
  • Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide communications for all corporate strategic initiatives in partnership with the communications team. Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with business objectives to foster transparency and trust.
  • Partner with senior executives and key stakeholders to assess change impacts, ensure alignment, and manage resistance. Act as a trusted advisor in guiding the leadership team through change initiatives.
  • Conduct assessments to determine the organization's readiness for change and create actionable plans to address gaps in communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of training programs that support the upskilling of the business and our leaders on change enablement.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for change management success, and regularly monitor and report on progress to senior leadership. Adjust strategies as needed to improve outcomes.
  • Champion a culture of agility, continuous improvement, and open communication to promote long-term organizational resilience.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar or related role
  • Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams
  • Experience leading or supporting transformation programs
  • Experience with large-scale organizational employee engagement and change efforts
  • Experience designing and executing enterprise-wide communications strategies
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and practical experience applying within large organizations
