The candidate will support our Client's Operational Continuity team focused on the client's Data Centers in the US and globally. This role will oversee the driving of various projects throughout the team and ensure successful execution of various project plans.
- Support in the development and execution of different projects and roadmaps for the client's operational continuity team
- Manage Data Center related projects in the internal tool and provide project support as requested.
- Help with the design and creation of different trainings and documents for the team.
- Assist in streamlining solutions to optimize and enhance the current project structure.
- Coordinate consolidation of metrics, information, and project updates for the Data Center team for requested reports and summaries.
- Manage ongoing action item and continuous improvement tracking.
- Develop, organize, distribute, maintain, and change manage template documents for security standards, exceptions, and risks.
- Develop, organize, distribute, maintain, and change manage process summary documents, presentation materials, and any other documentation to communicate and establish as record processes and operational standards.
- Identify and communicate risks in projects and workstreams and apply techniques to assess and mitigate the risks using help and support from Meta management and project collaborators.
Requirements - 4+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated influencing skills, with proven ability to handle multiple stakeholders and work streams across various levels of the organization, and prioritize as needed, including pushing back
- Demonstrated analytical and complex problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and act operationally
- Experience with building and managing process flows, conducting training as required
- Highly organized with an impeccable attention to detail.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, can turn incomplete or even conflicting inputs into clear plans.
- Experience identifying & implementing scalable solutions to systemic challenges.
- Clear communicator (both written & verbal) who can facilitate dialogues with senior stakeholders and drive toward outcomes.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and work with multiple programs to better support the development and growth of the teams
- Experience in a multinational organization is a plus
- Experience engaging with senior-level internal/external business executives
The base salary range for this position in California or NYC is $110000-120000 per year. Exact compensation offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
