Primary Function: The
Digital Marketing Manager will lead the day-to-day digital activities of the Marketing Department and be responsible for ensuring the execution of digitally focused marketing projects in support of Bradford White's internal and external customers. The Digital Marketing Manager position involves a variety of tasks, including the development of digital marketing campaigns; the development, management and maintenance of new and existing digital marketing assets; and the management of internal and external digital marketing resources.
Responsibilities:- Developing an in-depth understanding of the primary groups of Bradford White Corporations Customers. Learn why they support the products and brands that they do, what detracts them from supporting products and brands and use this to help the growth and success of the Bradford White Corporation.
- Developing strong working relationships with BWC Marketing, Sales, Product and Customer Support Teams as across functional and collaborative work is critical to the success of this role.
- Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Growing brand presence across multiple social media channels
- Developing and executing a plan to monitor and manage ratings and reviews across customer and independent websites.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Managing and developing internal digital marketing staff and resources
- Managing external business partners engaged in the development of digital marketing initiatives.
- Supporting the development and execution of Bradford White's digital marketing plans and budget in support of corporate and subsidiary goals
Job Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Communications required
- 5+ years of corporate marketing or business development experience required, industry experience preferred
- Above and beyond customer focus.
- Team management skills - management of internal and external marketing and business resources.
- Ability to successfully work with and influence other teams outside of the Marketing team reporting structure.
- Proven work experience in a digital marketing or advertising role.
- Critical thinking and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong analytical and consultative skills
- Development and management of strategic digital marketing and/or business plans.
- Comfort in working with individuals in and out of the company at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
