Position Overview:

As our next rockstar Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of CGS's growth strategy. You'll play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. If you're passionate about sales, relationship-building, and the security services industry, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and support company growth objectives.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients across various sectors, presenting CGS's services as trusted solutions for their security needs.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, industry events, and other outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and presentations that align with clients' unique requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to continually refine CGS's business development strategies.
  • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent CGS with professionalism and integrity, consistently upholding our brand values.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the security services or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of security services and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Military and prior law enforcement applicants welcomed.
