Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development/Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automated guided vehicles (AGV), automated vehicles, or autonomous mobile robots (AMR). This role requires a consultative approach to selling and the ability to demonstrate and explain the business development process effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with clients in various verticals, including warehouse, food and beverage (F&B), hospital, automotive, and mobile automation.
- Drive the sales process from initial contact through to closing, with a focus on longer and complex sales cycles.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Provide consultative selling to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or account management, preferably in the AGV, automated vehicle, or AMR industry.
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to manage longer sales processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
