The RoleCandid Health is seeking an experienced, outcome-oriented Executive Assistant ("EA") to join the team. In this highly levered role, you'll be responsible for partnering with our CEO, COO, and Head of Sales to deliver critical administrative support in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for helping manage their calendars, organizing tasks, owning projects, and managing communications with internal and external stakeholders. As a result, this will create more capacity for the leadership team to drive impactful work.
What you'll be doing- Calendar Management: Build and maintain an understanding of business priorities to effectively optimize time and prioritize commitments while resolving scheduling conflicts and de-blocking.
- Project Management: Effectively develop a task management system that demonstrates visibility and maintains transparency on competing tasks and deadlines to improve efficiency.
- Meeting Coordination: Support the execution of internal and external meetings through preparing and distributing materials and delivering proper tone-aware communication among the attendees.
- Travel and Logistics: Plan and organize travel itineraries (booking flights, hotels, transportation, etc.).
- Projects: Perform additional duties as assigned to support the leadership team (i.e. planning team offsites, personal planning when it comes up - booking restaurants, helping with vacations and tasks, etc.).
Who you are- You have at least 5+ years of executive assistant experience in complex, dynamic environments.
- You are comfortable and experienced supporting multiple leaders (ideally C-level) with different calendars and evolving needs.
- You excel at communicating with executives and can adjust your communication style for different stakeholders.
- You have demonstrated exceptional organizational skills, project management, and multitasking abilities that require being adaptable and flexible to ever-changing priorities.
- You enjoy proactively identifying problems and working cross-functionally to design and deliver solutions to address them.
- You will have high levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with stakeholders inside and outside of Candid Health.
- You're a clear and concise communicator; evidence of strong writing ability will be valued especially highly.
- You are motivated by and have a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships and becoming a trusted partner.
- You are comfortable serving as an accountability partner and tactfully reminding of various responsibilities.
- You maintain a high quality bar and strive for excellence in everything that you do and take pride in your craft.
Pay TransparencyThe estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $100,000 to $160,000 USD. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits. Given Candid Health's funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further note that Candid Health has minimal hierarchy and titles, but has broad ranges of experience represented within roles.
Please note: we are looking for employees to join our in-person culture in Denver or San Francisco. Our ideal weekly schedule is 4 days in-office and 1 day working remotely.
