What You'll DoAs an HRBP, you'll be at the heart of Cotton's people operations, championing initiatives that support our growth and enhance employee engagement. Collaborating closely with both HR and business leaders, you'll play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, while helping to cultivate a positive and productive work environment. Here's a snapshot of your responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities- Strategic HR Partnering: Understand business unit goals and objectives to drive HR solutions that address challenges and support growth.
- Champion Talent and Culture: Lead efforts in employee advocacy, performance management, talent assessment, and retention to foster a high-performance culture.
- Drive Policy Consistency: Ensure policies are interpreted and applied consistently across business units to promote fairness and alignment with Cotton's values.
- Special Projects & Initiatives: Work collaboratively on HR projects and initiatives, including onboarding, benefits open enrollment, and new policy implementation.
- Employee Relations & Guidance: Provide expert advice and coaching on employee relations, career development, and workplace investigations.
- Data-Driven Insights: Evaluate reports, decisions, and HR metrics to guide future strategies, drive improvements, and provide actionable insights to leaders.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Stay informed about employment laws and best practices, ensuring Cotton's HR policies are compliant and effective.

What You Bring to the Table- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (HR certification preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HRBP role, with a track record of successfully partnering with business leaders.
- Strong Employee Relations Skills: Proven ability to navigate complex employee relations and investigations with professionalism.
- Broad HR Knowledge: Familiar with HR disciplines such as compensation, performance management, diversity, and federal/state employment laws.
- Tech-Savvy & Data-Oriented: Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems to deliver data-driven insights.
- Collaborative & Action-Oriented: You thrive in a team environment, communicate effectively, and work with integrity and accountability.
