Description The Health and Civil Sector of Leidos is seeking a Project Analyst who will support and advise the Program Manager in planning, managing, and evaluating contract tasks, procurement requirements, and operations. Participate in regularly scheduled delivery team meetings to capture progress, document issues, and capture changes to ensure that the PMO is aware of all updates. Assist in performing a variety of ad hoc analyses related to schedules, infrastructure utilization, SLA performance, cost, and change impacts. Identifies, communicates, and resolves asset and procurement risks.
Role is remote - Candidate MUST:Be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
Be local to the DC Metro area for onsite customer meetings.
Be currently located in the United States for at least three consecutive years.
Responsibilities:- Conducting research, analyzing data, identifying trends, and preparing reports.
- Assist with the oversight of asset management.
- Analyzing policies, procedures, and systems and making recommendations to optimize them.
- Drafting new or revised policies and procedures.
- Assist with contract oversight of procurement of hardware and software licensing.
- Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation using electronic systems and tools.
- Implement risk management to manage program risks and report and escalate issues to management.
EDUCATION:- Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, or similar concentration and/or relevant work experience.
Required Skills:- 8 years of experience in Business Operations, Program Analyst, Management Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills.
- Experience with the oversight managing assets from the procurement phase, storage, tracking, and distribution.
- Experience with government acquisitions and invoicing.
- Experience with 3rd party vendor resellers and distributors.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced computer skills and knowledge of software applications.
- Ability to collect and analyze complex sets of data.
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong MS PowerPoint and Excel Skills.
- Experience in reviewing and editing document and reports for consistency in style, formatting, and messaging.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, driving timely decisions.
- Ability to operate in a fast paced and high stress operations environment while managing multiple streams of work simultaneously is required.

Pay Range: Pay Range $78,000.00 - $141,000.00
