Job Summary:The Wildman District Sales Manager - Indianapolis is responsible for leading a team of Business Development and Customer Development Representatives to grow revenue, add product lines, increase gross margin, profitability and provide an excellent customer development experience to our current customers. The district sales manager takes lead on strategic account planning with their team to consistently deliver training, activity targets, marketing alignment and identifying specific areas for revenue growth.

Qualifications:- Proven leadership in B2B sales with a track record of team development and achieving revenue goals.

- Bachelor's Degree and at least five years in sales management, preferably in a high-performance sales environment.
