What you will be doing- Build and manage an RFP response database in partnership with internal stakeholders.
- Regularly assess and optimize the use of our CRM tool, Monday, to ensure it meet the needs of the sales organization.
- Ensure proper data/structural hygiene practices are in place and weekly updates are maintained within the CRM tool.
- Create and distribute pipeline reports - overall and GM levels. Slice and dice the data in these reports to create views that best drive execution from a sales standpoint.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Partner with CCO to develop a canned market analysis package, that would then be built and deployed per target market/vertical.
- Use readily available tools like US News's Healthiest Communities to create market-specific information packages for Sales.
- Partner with IT to create and distribute quarterly client reports to Customer Success team for sharing with clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead-generation activities and support sales marketing.
- Continuous development/improvement activities to take Sales Operations role to next level.
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Chief Operating Officer at her discretion from time to time.

Education & Experience- College degree is a must.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations.
- Advanced experience in administration of CRM tools, preferably Monday.
