Are you a passionate and driven Technical Project Manager ready to make a significant impact in the travel industry?

At arrivia, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic Software Engineering team. As a Technical Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our product vision and technical execution.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with product owners to translate strategic priorities into detailed product specifications and delivery plans.
  • Technical Leadership: Work closely with engineering leadership to break down requirements into technical user stories, ensuring clear and actionable tasks for development teams.
  • Project Delivery: Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality expectations, ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams, maintaining open and transparent communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, developing and implementing effective mitigation plans.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and implementing changes to enhance future project delivery.


Your Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience leading projects in a cross-functional environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills in a service/product-based industry, with experience in software development methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and SAFe.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in project management software (MS Project) and development tools (Azure DevOps, Jira).
  • Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
