Description:

The Director, Client Solutions will serve as the senior lead and account owner for a select group of Fortune 10 enterprise clients leveraging BN's employee influencer technology and services. As the relationship owner for these high-value accounts, you will build and nurture long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders, ensuring that BN's solutions drive measurable business results. You will also be responsible for identifying growth opportunities within these accounts and overseeing the successful delivery of BN's solutions.

This role demands strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. You will report into the VP, Client Solutions while supervising and providing guidance on day-to-day tasks to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Serve as the primary relationship owner for enterprise clients, cultivating deep, strategic partnerships with senior client stakeholders.
    • Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, objectives, and industry landscape to provide tailored guidance and impactful solutions.
    • Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to ensure the seamless execution of client campaigns and initiatives.
  • Account Growth & Expansion
    • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, including expanding program scope, deepening platform usage, and establishing new partnerships.
    • Develop and implement account strategies that align with client goals, focusing on long-term value creation and revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with internal and external partners to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities, maximizing client investment in BN's offerings.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee the execution of client delivery, managing staffing, tools, and processes to optimize team performance and ensure seamless program execution.
    • Establish and refine operational processes that drive efficiency, maintain quality, and support scalable solutions for enterprise clients.
    • Monitor program delivery and client satisfaction, ensuring that all client objectives are met and implementing best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Industry Expertise & Innovation
    • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media, marketing, and advertising.
    • Ensure the Client Solutions team remains knowledgeable and proactive in adapting to industry changes and delivering innovative solutions to clients.
    • Act as a thought leader within BN and the broader social media landscape, contributing to knowledge sharing and thought leadership initiatives.


Requirements

  • Experience : 8+ years of client-facing experience in account management, client services, or a similar role within marketing, advertising, or social media, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level position.
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record of building and maintaining senior client relationships, particularly with large enterprise clients, focusing on long-term value and strategic partnership.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience overseeing complex, multi-faceted client programs.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive account growth, develop account strategies, and deliver against revenue targets.
    • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
    • Deep knowledge of social media marketing, influencer marketing, and emerging trends in digital advertising.
