Role Overview:As a Client Solutions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in launching and growing employee influencer programs for some of the world's most respected brands, powered by the BN Influencer platform. You will lead client communications, build strategic plans and actionable tactics to drive client goals, and identify new areas of value and growth opportunities within existing accounts. Additionally, you'll drive platform adoption and usage, ensuring that clients are fully equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed.
This role requires strong project management skills to manage complex and fast-moving workstreams, facilitating the successful deployment of employee influencer programs. You'll also partner closely with the product support team to provide client training, education, and troubleshooting, delivering an exceptional client experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Communication & Relationship Management - Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for enterprise clients, proactively addressing their needs and providing exceptional support.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their goals and aligning our solutions to drive success.
- Drive client communications with clarity and purpose, ensuring consistent, transparent, and value-driven interactions.
Strategy Development & Execution - Develop and execute strategies and tactics for employee influencer programs that align with client objectives, leveraging the BN Influencer platform to drive engagement and impact.
- Work collaboratively with clients to identify key areas of growth and value, uncovering opportunities to expand program scope and deepen platform usage.
- Provide thought leadership and consultative guidance to help clients maximize the value of their employee influencer initiatives.
Platform Adoption, Training & Education - Drive client adoption and active usage of the BN Influencer platform, ensuring that clients understand its capabilities and leverage it to achieve their objectives.
- Support training sessions and educational initiatives to onboard clients and provide ongoing support, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize the platform effectively.
- Partner with the product support team to facilitate troubleshooting, assist with technical inquiries, and address any platform-related challenges clients may face.
Project Management - Oversee the execution of complex workstreams, managing timelines, deliverables, and client expectations to drive program success.
- Use project management tools (such as Asana) to coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative, tech, data science, product support, and community management, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Set project milestones, monitor progress, and adapt plans as needed to meet fast-paced client needs.
Insights & Reporting - Analyze program performance, gathering insights to demonstrate ROI and highlight the impact of BN's employee influencer solutions.
- Develop and present reports to clients, using data-driven storytelling to reinforce the value and influence of employee-driven social strategies.
Continuous Improvement - Actively seek opportunities to refine internal processes, improve workflows, and enhance overall efficiencies within the client solutions team.
- Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep BN's solutions at the forefront of influencer marketing.
Requirements
Experience: 4-6 years of client-facing experience in account management, project management, or a similar role within marketing, advertising, or social media.
Skills:- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in project management tools like Asana or similar platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights that influence client strategies.
- Experience with platform adoption, training, or product support in a client-facing capacity is a plus.

$70,000-$95,000:
