Kava Culture is looking for experienced Franchise Sales and Development Manager, with a passion for growing organizations through relationship management. This individual will be responsible for continuing to develop & implement strategies to increase franchise sales in Florida and throughout the country.

Specific aspects of the role will include:

  • Driving the growth of Kava Culture's franchise network, acting as ambassador for our brand and long-term vision for our systems
  • Guiding, educating and nurturing candidates through Kava Culture's franchise sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation
  • Identifying and targeting potential franchisees, including via prospect list-building, industry events, online searches, etc.
  • Qualifying franchise candidates to determine their fit with Kava Culture's target attributes
  • Collaborating with Kava Culture's executive and marketing teams to develop franchise recruitment campaigns
  • Analyzing and reporting sales metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve sales goals
  • Working closely with Kava Culture's administrative and legal teams to ensure that all franchise agreements are properly executed


Compensation

  • Compensation will combine a base salary plus commissions, with substantial upside potential based on realized sales levels.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in franchise sales or a related field
  • Very strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Long-term focus with a commitment to sustainable vs. short-term sales growth
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
