Exciting opportunity for an experienced
Account Director to join our
Communications & Media Sales and Account Management Team in
North America. Take a key role in driving successful client relationships, ensuring that our services meet and exceed client expectations.
- In this role, you will lead client engagements and drive sales and growth opportunities. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their needs and ensuring a smooth delivery of solutions.
- Champion the customer within Hansen, manage contracts, ensuring compliance and smooth execution, while also streamlining operational processes to meet business goals.
About You
You are a highly enthusiastic individual with a proven ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, from the operations level to C-Level.
- You have 7 - 10 years of account management experience and a proven ability to manage multiple clients at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Experience in commercial engagement and contracts and negotiations.
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to travel interstate as required
Key Responsibilities
- Identify sales opportunities, develop account plans, and manage the Statement of Work (SOW) process for project initiation.
- Ensure all sales opportunities, proposals, and contracts are tracked and managed in the CRM.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships, keeping clients informed about industry trends and Hansen offerings.
- Manage client invoicing, contracts, and accounts receivable to secure Hansen's revenue.
- Maintain and update customer, contact, and contract records in the CRM while handling amendments and renewals.
- Oversee service delivery, including creating client-specific service catalogs and resolving delivery issues.
