ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Build the strongest-performing team you can (hiring, developing, cross-training, upgrading)
- Develop & execute Hansen's QMS
- Own the daily execution of our quality plan, delivering continual quality improvement
- Drive focused problem-solving on the goals that matter
- Communicate clear strategies, action plans, & results to leadership, colleagues, & direct reports
- Deliver a continually improving customer experience
- Plan & execute all audits & certifications (ISO, PED, ASME, UL, CSA)
- Contribute to our strategy & execution beyond just your scope of responsibility
- Demonstrated experience with design/manufacturing for reliability with emphasis on reliability modelling, defining predictive &/or preventative measures while balancing risks, needs & opportunities.
- Familiarity with APQP tollgate processes (specifically relative to PFMEA, control plan, PPAP, and supplier quality readiness.)
- Hands on experience with statistical/reliability tools (i.e. Crystal Ball, Minitab, Weibull, Reliasoft)
IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS- Strong understanding of the philosophy of lean & experience in the practical application of lean daily management. (Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt, Blackbelt preferred)
- Problem-solving abilities at the level of being able to teach, not just do
- Deep understanding of reliability & risk management.
- Solid technical ability to grasp what we do & how we do it.
- Experience with ISO 2001-2018 or similar standard. (AS9100, TS16949, PED, etc.).
- Certified Internal Auditor preferred.
- BSME, BSEE required. (Masters preferred)
- 5-7 years of experience

Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. This position regularly requires long hours and occasional weekend work as job duties demand. The primary schedule will be 9am to 6:30pm.
TravelTravel is primarily local during the business day. Some out-of-area travel may be expected.
EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or (GED) and one year related experience and training. Must have general knowledge of Microsoft Office.
