The role: You'll be a Creative with some great work already under your belt, looking to work on larger, more varied creative campaigns. You need bold, smart ideas that work across all channels.
Between you, concept creation is required along with a portfolio of great Art Direction, in order to add to a brilliant, collaborative and creatively ambitious agency team.
We are looking for individuals with experience working across big, above the line brand campaigns.
You will be: - Developing creative concepts for live briefs in an autonomous way, taking responsibility for your own ideas and the end-to-end delivery of your campaigns
- Working across a high volume of cross-channel briefs
- Lead on ideas, and in some cases, the strategic and creative origination of cross-channel campaigns.
- Articulating the big ideas behind your creative work in a coherent and persuasive way Presenting your ideas in internal and client meetings and managing creative feedback, constructively challenging colleagues and clients alike to make the best work we can
- Honing your craft and getting into the detail of the execution to ensure the best quality of output for the agency
- Demonstrating an understanding of how ideas can be executed in different media and the impact of our work on broader culture
- Developing creative concepts for new business pitches and being an active contributor to new business process
- Listening, learning and ultimately understanding the bigger picture

- Critical thinking for briefs to create work that solves the client's business problem
- Understanding of production processes across all media channels
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain production techniques/jargon clearly and accurately to clients

- Entrepreneurial creativity to come up with ideas and deliver under pressure
- Organisation and prioritisation to manage multiple projects
- Previous experience in a similar agency setting with proven work and portfolio
The pay range for this role is $90,000-$100,000 . Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor. Salary is subject to change based on factors such as geographic location and cost of living in location of hire.
