Midnight Oil (moagency.com), strategically located in "the heart of Hollywood" in Burbank, CA, is an extraordinary creative, and specialty print production partner to the majority of theatrical and streaming studios, with relationships often measured in terms of decades, not years. We uniquely and conveniently combine our Studio and Print Production capabilities all under one roof in our 120,000 square feet facility, with an Amtrak stop and the Burbank Airport directly across the street. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Introduce and sell our Midnight Oil total solution offerings across our targeted vertical markets
  • Achieve business goals by identifying and developing strategic opportunities. Develop prospects best suited to the company. Demonstrate understanding of client needs and articulate the benefits of our capabilities and solutions offered by Midnight Oil
  • Create action plans and utilize selling tools and Midnight Oil training to convert prospects to active customers
  • Deliver effective presentations at the executive level to gain customer engagement
  • Meet and exceed sales revenue and profitability targets
  • Manage customer relationships and develop strong, long-term, collaborative engagements through appropriate and timely contact, resolution of issues, and achievement of customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with internal departments as part of the team selling process - Solutions and Creative, Account Management, Estimating, Project Management
  • Strategize with Sales leadership s to develop organic growth opportunities and strategic plans within existing and target accounts for new solutions


What you bring to the table.

Core Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • 2+ years in the commercial visual communications, printing, or marketing services space is strongly preferred
  • Strong written, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Salesforce.com, and production management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Understanding value-based selling from creative through commercial, digital and wide format printing and fulfillment services
  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency in any language (including ASL) preferred


Where we meet:

The national pay range for this role is $135,000-$200,000/annually. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission, or incentive program. Imagine offers benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, life insurance and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus tuition assistance, caregiver leave, adoption assistance, and employer/partner discounts.
