RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate and collaborate with team in setting user technology strategies and standards. Champion emerging trends and advance modernization of user experience, with hardware and software solutions. Establish strong relationships and build rapport with cross-functional leaders and project team members as a trusted advisor and highly competent problem solver with a bias for action.

Bachelor's degree in an IT/technical field, and at least 6 years of IT experience in technical roles for large enterprises. Certifications in Azure, Power Platform, M365, or virtual/modern desktops preferred.
Azure Administration Associate and M365 Modern Desktop certifications highly preferred. SharePoint Online administration experience and depth required, including best practices and configuration standards. High proficiency and experience in Azure AD, Intune/AutoPilot, traditional SCCM, Jamf, virtual desktop/thin client solutions.
Expert experience functioning as a systems technical lead in complex cross-functional projects and initiatives. Expert in data analysis proficient use of PowerShell, Excel and other tools to interpret raw data, provide dashboarding and reporting for leadership teams. Experience managing modern device management and deployment processes (no-touch/low-touch processes). Experience with traditional device imaging, administration, and application packaging tools and processes. Experience with core ServiceNow modules and functionality. Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting is a strong plus. Familiarity and direct administration of Microsoft technologies such as M365 Apps, SharePoint Online, Teams and Teams Phone System, and security/identity solutions. Familiarity with Jamf and iOS/MacOS configuration and administration is beneficial.
Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices, concepts, and procedures. (ITIL Foundation v3 certifications are a plus).
