Overview
Identify potential attack vectors, analyze source code, define test cases, and design security solutions for our various products: (SCT, Server, OmniCore, etc.)
Responsibilities
• Identify potential attack vectors on platforms running UEFI firmware
• Define test cases for platforms running UEFI firmware
• Manage status of known vulnerabilities, both internally discovered and externally reported
• Work closely with internal engineers to re-test as they resolve discovered issues
Qualifications:
• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent, or 5 years experience in a firmware development position
• Low-level hardware experience
• Working knowledge of motherboard technologies such as PCIe, USB, UART, SPI, I2 C
• Working knowledge of UEFI
• Proficiency in C and Python
• Must have good English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must work well both with a team and independently Additional Skills
• Experience with operating system kernel and/or driver development, including Windows and Linux
• Solid understanding of cryptographic technologies such as public-key cryptography
• Ability to read and understand motherboard schematics
• Proficiency in Rust
• Solid understanding of networking protocols
