Alice, our AI Sales Development Rep, pioneered the digital worker category. In less than a year since launch, she has generated millions in revenue and earned the trust of hundreds of companies, including Brex, Otter.ai, and Hasura. Our latest worker Jordan the AI phone rep has already passed $1m revenue in his first month.

Our startup thrives on a culture of relentless velocity, ownership, and boundary-pushing. Our team comprises pirates-ex-founders (including ex-YC), and founding employees of unicorns (e.g., Brex, Verkada, Rippling, ), as well as entrepreneurial operators from Revolut, Amazon, and McKinsey.

At 11x, our biggest problem is that we're growing way too fast. Our sales team has their calendars booked 2 months in advance just from inbound traffic and the growth only accelerates exponentially.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking our first Growth Operations hire who will take charge of optimizing the processes and systems that fuel our go-to-market engine. This role combines the oversight of Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, ensuring these functions are seamlessly integrated to drive consistent growth. You'll be responsible for building operational frameworks, optimizing lead funnels, refining data-driven processes, and ensuring our growth initiatives are as efficient and scalable as possible.

What You'll Do
  • Optimize the Growth Engine: Build and optimize processes across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Ops to support rapid scaling and sustained growth.
  • Lead Funnel Management: Develop and implement frameworks to ensure smooth handoffs between marketing, sales, and customer success teams. Work on maximizing lead conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.
  • Revenue Operations Strategy: Oversee the entire revenue operations function, ensuring data accuracy and alignment between sales forecasts, marketing pipelines, and revenue targets. Implement processes that ensure predictability and accountability.
  • Systems & Tools Management: Ensure our CRM, marketing automation tools, and data analytics systems are optimized and aligned to support cross-functional growth initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. You will use data to inform pipeline management, revenue forecasts, and growth strategy optimization.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with leadership in Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure alignment on business objectives and KPIs. Enable cross-functional teams to operate smoothly and at scale.
  • Performance Reporting: Regularly report on operational efficiency, sales and marketing performance, and revenue metrics to leadership, ensuring the team stays on target to meet growth goals.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in hyper-growth B2B startup, where you've built and optimized sales and marketing operations functions.
  • Systems & Tools Expertise: Deep experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation platforms, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
  • Operational Excellence: Strong background in building scalable, repeatable processes that improve efficiency and results across multiple departments.
  • Data & Analytics Proficiency: Experience working with large datasets and translating insights into action. Comfort with funnel analytics, forecasting, and KPIs.
  • Strategic & Tactical Balance: You can think strategically to align operations with business goals while also executing the hands-on work needed to optimize processes.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of working effectively with marketing, sales, product, and finance teams.
