The General Manager will also serve as a wine director, exercising creativity and curating an award winning wine program. They are committed to unique, respectfully sourced and harvested products, and are technique driven. They are seeking individuals who are committed to excellence and working at the highest levels.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a General Manager in a high volume restaurant venue
- Certificate or degree in Culinary Arts preferred
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with your team
- Management experience in a kitchen and organizational skills are a must
