A critically acclaimed and James Beard Award Winning Restaurant Group is seeking an Executive Chef for an exciting new opening. The Executive Chef will also be a Managing Partner and have equity. They will drive and curate a menu focusing on old world Northern Italian Cuisine. They are committed to unique, respectfully sourced and harvested products, and are technique driven. They are seeking individuals who are committed to excellence and working at the highest levels.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an sous chef/chef de Cuisine in a high volume restaurant venue
- Certificate or degree in Culinary Arts preferred
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with your team
- Management experience in a kitchen and organizational skills are a must
