  • BLS/HCP
    Job Details
  • 1. EDUCATION/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Graduate of accredited Speech/Language Pathology program (Master's degree required; Doctorate preferred)
  • Professional Experience: Two (2) or more years experience as a SLP in an acute care setting prior to any travel assignments
    Job Requirements
  • Current Hawaii licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist required to be considered (willing to apply or pending applicants will be declined until licensed)
  • Current American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) certification
  • Complete compliance must be completed and uploaded to Medefis VMS portal 10 or more days prior to start of assignment
  • Proof of current COVID-19 and INFLUENZA vaccinations per CDC guidelines required
    Schedule Information
  • No RTO granted during initial assignment

  • Queen's is open to Hawaii residents, but they will not be offered traveler rates. Please submit rate bid with submission.
  • ALL COMPLIANCE WILL BE DUE 10 DAYS BEFORE START! IF IT IS NOT ALL SUBMITTED 10 DAYS OR MORE BEFORE START YOUR TRAVELER WILL BE PUSHED 2 WEEKS OR CANCELED! PLEASE INCLUDE A CURRENT NURSYS REPORT FOR ALL SUBMISSIONS.
