Certification Details BLS/HCP Job Details 1. EDUCATION/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Graduate of accredited Speech/Language Pathology program (Master's degree required; Doctorate preferred) Professional Experience: Two (2) or more years experience as a SLP in an acute care setting prior to any travel assignments Job Requirements Current Hawaii licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist required to be considered (willing to apply or pending applicants will be declined until licensed) Current American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) certification Complete compliance must be completed and uploaded to Medefis VMS portal 10 or more days prior to start of assignment Proof of current COVID-19 and INFLUENZA vaccinations per CDC guidelines required Schedule Information No RTO granted during initial assignment Additional Details Queen's is open to Hawaii residents, but they will not be offered traveler rates. Please submit rate bid with submission. ALL COMPLIANCE WILL BE DUE 10 DAYS BEFORE START IF IT IS NOT ALL SUBMITTED 10 DAYS OR MORE BEFORE START YOUR TRAVELER WILL BE PUSHED 2 WEEKS OR CANCELED PLEASE INCLUDE A CURRENT NURSYS REPORT FOR ALL SUBMISSIONS.
