Overview:
Responsible for the development, administration, and implementation of OT treatment programs for inpatients/outpatients and injured workers including patients in the skilled nursing facility. Responsible for appropriate documentation. Supervises supportive OT personnel. Serve as a liaison upon discharge.
**$15,000 sign-on Bonus**
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Implements patient care in a knowledgeable and skillful manner, maintaining a high quality of work performance in all areas.
- Demonstrates the ability to provide the proper assistance, verbal cueing, and etc. necessary for optimal performance.
- Demonstrates the ability to evaluate patients and establish an appropriate plan of care, adapting the plan of care to patient/caregiver needs and goals.
- Demonstrates the ability to instruct patients and/or caregivers in treatment procedures, home programs, orthotics/prosthetics and special equipment using clear verbal and/or written instructions.
- Demonstrates the ability to use time effectively by delegating an appropriate portion of treatment to trained support personnel.
- Demonstrates ability to write functional goals and re-assess patient progress towards goals when appropriate, adjusting the plan of care as needed.

Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
- Eligible for or holds current Occupational Therapist licensure to practice in the State of Oklahoma required.
- BLS required.
- Previous experience preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Typing and basic computer skills required.
