Serve as a liaison upon discharge. $15,000 sign-on Bonus Job Duties/Responsibilities: Implements patient care in a knowledgeable and skillful manner, maintaining a high quality of work performance in all areas. Demonstrates the ability to provide the proper assistance, verbal cueing, and etc. necessary for optimal performance. Demonstrates the ability to evaluate patients and establish an appropriate plan of care, adapting the plan of care to patient/caregiver needs and goals. Demonstrates the ability to instruct patients and/or caregivers in treatment procedures, home programs, orthotics/prosthetics and special equipment using clear verbal and/or written instructions. Demonstrates the ability to use time effectively by delegating an appropriate portion of treatment to trained support personnel.
