    Job Details
  • Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation, a JCAHO accredited health center, provides services to a 4,400 square mile area and serves as a referral center for the western part of the Navajo and Hopi Reservations.
  • The nursing staff includes registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, nursing assistants, community health nurses, nurse practitioners, nurse midwives, CRNA, and community health medics.
  • The Clinical Nurse performs a variety of nursing care procedures requiring professional knowledge and consideration for specific patient conditions and treatments, and ability to work independently in completing assignments.
    Job Requirements
  • Must maintain a current valid certification of Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
  • Must maintain a current valid certification of Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required within one (1) year of hire from American Heart Association.
  • Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) required within one (1) year of hire.
  • Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) required within one (1) year of hire.
  • National Institutes of Health (NIH) NIH Stroke Scale must be completed (within 6 months of hire).
  • Emergency Severity Index Level 5 within 3 months of hire and Patient Sitter Competency Training (upon hire).
    Schedule Information
  • Orientation occurs every two (2) weeks.
    Additional Details
  • Fingerprinting must be submitted and cleared prior to start.
  • Must have current immunizations.
  • Housing options are limited with shared housing units at $600 per month, based on availability. No family or pets allowed in housing.
  • COVID EXEMPTIONS: We do not accept religious exemptions. If a candidate submits for a medical exemption, approval from our medical review board will be required to proceed with onboarding.
  • Housing application must be submitted 2 weeks prior to start date.
