Wapiti Medical Staffing is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) Clinic locum provider for Onamia, MN.

• Order Description:
  1. Type: Locum and Locum to Perm
  2. Position: APP
  3. Role: Clinic
  4. Daily volume: 8 16 patients
  5. Number of providers daily: 1 2
  6. Physician Backup: available daily, may be by phone
  7. Shift options: 9 5
  8. EMR: Athena Practice
  9. Trauma level: 4
• Candidate Requirements:
  1. State License(s) accepted: MN
  2. DEA/CSR required: DEA
  3. COVID/Flu Vaccination Requirements: Both are encouraged. Provider must mask during flu season if they do not have a flu vaccination.
  4. BC/BE: Must be boarded APP
  5. Boards accepted: FM/FP NP or PA
  6. New Grads: Will consider but would prefer a candidate with experience
  7. Life Certifications: BLS
  8. Will facility accept CALS in lieu of ATLS: N/A
  9. Procedures logs needed: Will be reviewed at the time of credentialing
  10. Other qualifications needed:
• Current Staffing/Needs/ # of hours/shifts: Monday Friday, 9am 5pm. Could take someone for 40 hours a week in any capacity.
