Job Description:
As a Program Administrator (PA), you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a critical program in New Jersey. You will oversee the program pipeline, manage inquiries, and act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, including the public, project teams, and the client. This role involves program tracking, reporting, document updates, quality assurance, and ensuring program targets are met. You will also contribute to continuous process improvements while addressing escalations and resolving complex challenges to meet client satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to meet program targets.
Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring client satisfaction.
Validate projects for program compliance and conduct QA reviews.
Maintain and update program manuals, guidelines, and documentation.
Manage the approval process for program documents.
Analyze program pipeline data and track/report progress.
Investigate and resolve customer and contractor escalations.
Collaborate with teams to drive best practices and continuous improvement.
Participate in outreach events and represent the program at conferences.
Develop tools and resources for monitoring program progress and training participants.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (up to 5 years in a related role).
Strong computer skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
Ability to attend site visits/events throughout New Jersey.
Must be a New Jersey resident and live in/near PSE&G NJ service areas (preferably in Overburdened Communities as defined by NJ).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the energy or utility industry.
LEED or CEM credentials.
