The Content Operations/Designer will support the team in merchandising store contents & delivering visual assets for Store. This position requires both content operations and visual design experience, preferably in mobile gaming and app industry. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment are must-haves to be successful in this role.
(Key Responsibilities)
• Project Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of content projects. Manage project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Visual Design: Create and review visually appealing designs for store banners, promotion landing pages, and other digital assets. Work closely with the Content Ops team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
• Video Editing: Basic video editing skills would be an added advantage.
• Communication: Actively participate in team meetings and provide updates on progress. Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas and feedback.
• Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to details when designing and reviewing final outputs to ensure accuracy and quality control.
(Skills & Qualifications)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Visual Design, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
• 5-7years of experience in content operations or a similar role.
• 5-7 years of experience in visual design / graphic design role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Proficiency in using graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma etc.)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
