Title: The Laboratory Assistant I (Scientific)

Locations: Ridgefield, NJ (100% Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months

Pay Range: $25.00/hr to 28.00/hr on W2

HOURS: Consist of two possible shifts:

• Monday - Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, or

• Monday - Friday from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm

Some flex in the start and end times may be allowed; weekend work and overtime as required.

SUMMARY:

The Laboratory Assistant I (Scientific); (Temp Analyst) is dedicated to the Microbiology Laboratory. The role of Laboratory Assistant I (Scientific)will be that of various Microbial testing, data entry, EM Sample receipt, ordering and stocking supplies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Laboratory Assistant I (Scientific) is part of the Quality Assurance Department at Ridgefield, NJ. This role is responsible for providing the day-to-day operation, Lab support and testing for the Micro team.

• The candidate must have basic quality control microbiology experience. Such as bioburden testing, membrane filtration, conductivity and total organic carbon is preferred.
