Must Have Qualifications
5+ years of employment law and litigation at a AmLaw 200 law firm or other fin. services company
Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
What to expect on the job
You'll provide guidance on employment matters, including negotiating new hire terms, advising on terminations, layoffs, and restructures. You'll collaborate with the Benefits and Rewards teams on disability claims and executive compensation. Overseeing litigation, managing legal risks, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
