Job Description
  • Maintain accurate records within the agency management system and electronic files.
  • Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain positive relationships with our clients.
  • Practice outstanding verbal and written communication with clients and insurance carrier representatives that is professional, confident, clear, and concise.
  • Prepare and maintain client-facing presentation documents.
  • Review all renewal and new business policies for accuracy and request corrections as needed.
  • Billing, premium financing, and non-payment follow-up.
  • Process policy change requests and audits. Responsible for timely endorsement follow-up, as well as billing.
  • Issue new and renewal Certificates of Insurance and Automobile ID Cards as needed
