Duties
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for technical positions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including social media management, job boards, and campus recruitment to identify potential candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on candidate evaluation.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the HRIS system.
- Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback to improve recruitment processes.
- Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs through internal recruiting initiatives.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- Technical recruitment experience is required.
- Proven experience in talent management and recruitment within a technical environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with candidates at all levels.
- Experience in campus recruitment is a plus.
- Ability to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for technical roles effectively.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills in offer discussions.
- A proactive approach to sourcing candidates through social media platforms and other channels.
