Job Title: Supply Chain Leader

Location: Spartanburg, SC

Salary: $160k – 190k + Bonus

New Manufacturing Facility is seeking a Supply Chain Leader to lead their team!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Planning and Execution : Develop and implement a robust supply chain strategy aligned with the division's goals, driving sourcing, procurement, and distribution efficiencies.
• Product and Knowledge Transfer : Coordinate with Ice-Air’s Asian teams to facilitate smooth knowledge and materials transfer, establishing SOPs to standardize logistics processes.
• Vendor and Supplier Relations : Identify and manage relationships with key suppliers both domestically and internationally, negotiating favorable terms that align with our operational goals.
• Inventory and Demand Planning : Oversee inventory levels, demand forecasting, and resource planning to prevent shortages and optimize costs.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration : Build and lead a versatile, collaborative team skilled in supply chain management, working closely with Production, Quality Control, and Logistics.
• Continuous Improvement and Compliance : Implement process improvements and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, supporting Ice-Air’s commitment to quality and environmental responsibility.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are advantageous.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or HVAC setting.
• Strong understanding of international supply chains and experience with material and knowledge transfer.
• Proficiency in supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• 25% local and international travel required.
