Your Role

• Case Management: Handle all phases of commercial litigation, from initial case assessment to trial preparation.
• Drafting & Filings: Prepare and review pleadings, motions, and briefs for commercial disputes, including real estate and antitrust cases.
• Discovery & Depositions: Conduct e-discovery, draft discovery requests, respond to interrogatories, and handle depositions for complex cases.
• Courtroom Advocacy: Attend court hearings and argue motions; represent clients in settlement negotiations and mediations.

Who You Are

• Seasoned Litigator: 3-4 years of commercial litigation experience, ideally with exposure to real estate and antitrust law.
