About the role: Labor and Employment Litigator Attorney
• Handling labor and employment cases in federal or state court
• Wage & Hour, Discrimination, sexual harassment, administrative matters, EEOC, suman rights etc cases
• Handling cases whilst being supervised but running of the cases on a day-to-day basis
Salary and Benefits:
• Salary up to $170k with a bonus of up to $74k
• Healthcare, Dental, Vision
• Pension equivalent to 401k
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience
• J.D Degree
• Experience in wage and hour issues, discrimination, sexual harassment, administrative matters, EEOC claims, and human rights cases.

• Minimum billables 1850
