Calibrate is honored to partner with Winston & Strawn, an esteemed 170-year-old Am Law 50 firm with over 975 attorneys across 14 offices worldwide, in the search for an exceptional Chief Operating Officer (COO).


About the Role

Reporting to the Chair of the Firm, and collaborating closely with the Managing Partners and other key senior leaders, the COO will lead a dynamic team of business professionals, such as those listed below, who oversee:

  • Administration
  • Finance
  • IT
  • Marketing
  • Talent
  • Pro Bono
  • Corporate Social Responsibility


At the helm of the firm’s operational framework, the COO will work with the senior business professional leadership to implement policies and procedures that align with the firm’s Strategic Plan, ensuring long-term success and growth.

  • 20+ years of executive-level operations leadership experience, ideally within a sophisticated law firm or other professional services environment.

  • A track record of innovation, strategic problem-solving, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and collaboration at all levels.
