Job Description

Immediate need for a talented Training Specialist (Junior). This is a 24+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $37 - $39/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assisting in the development of training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.
  • Coordinating training sessions and scheduling training events.
  • Assisting in the delivery of training programs, either in-person or through virtual platforms.
  • Evaluating training effectiveness and collecting feedback from participants.
  • Updating and maintaining training records and documentation.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of training strategies and initiatives.
  • Providing administrative support for training programs, such as coordinating logistics and managing training materials.
  • Assisting in the development of e-learning courses and online training modules.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate and up to date.
  • Keeping abreast of trends and best practices in training and development.


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Key skills; Excel
  • Data Analysis
  • CSR Training
  • Bachelor's degree in business or 3 years of experience in Call Center/Customer Service or Quality Assurance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Facilitation of meetings and group discussions
  • Skilled in delivering formal presentations
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly
  • Effective at mentoring and skill development
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and mathematical calculations
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Application of solid knowledge in Methods & Procedures.
