Job Description: Technical Project Manager

Duration: 12 months (Possible Extension)

Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid)

Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant - IT Project Group Manager to lead and manage solutions for automating controls for our data lineage and tracing tool, NuraRec. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong leadership background and technical expertise to drive enhancements, manage teams, and oversee cross-functional dependencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee solution development and enhancement activities for NuraRec automation controls.
• Manage Release Management employees, including strategy setting, leadership, and budget oversight.
• Develop and implement product plans, strategies, and tactics while coordinating across multiple product lines.
• Oversee the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business and system requirements.
• Design and deliver automated solutions aligned with project goals and objectives.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration to ensure successful change management and mitigate risks associated with dependencies.

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in leadership, project management, and strategic execution.
• Proven expertise in active listening, communication, analytical thinking, and measurement.
• Strong technology background with hands-on experience in Big Data, Spark, Python, APIs, and UI/UX.
• Exceptional ability to drive consent order delivery from change management to final business signoff.
