Supply Chain Manager

Type: Permanent full time opportunity (direct hire) with one of our clients in West St. Paul.

Excellent opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager to drive the growth and effectiveness of the company's supply chain. As a key player in this high-tech manufacturing environment, you will oversee planning, scheduling, inventory, and purchasing to deliver a strategic proactive supply of materials and components.

• Drive process improvements, reduce costs, and increase productivity through data analysis.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build and lead a high-performing supply chain team.
• Strategically source and procure materials while optimizing cost and quality.
• Manage inventory levels, forecasting demand, and implementing inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales to forecast demand and align supply chain operations.
• Build strong relationships with our factories and suppliers, ensuring a continuous long term partnership
• Evaluate vendor performance to ensure lowest cost, highest quality, and timely deliveries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics or equivalent experience
• 7+ years' of supply chain experience
• Expertise in supply chain management, within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with driving process improvements within a supply chain operation.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Success in leading and directing teams.
• Knowledge of supply chain management software and systems
