Ragle, Inc. concentrates primarily on highway and bridge construction but also performs work in deep excavation, demolition, grading and pipe work. We are very pleased to announce that Ragle, Inc. is now looking for a highly motivated, hardworking Project Controls Analyst. In this position, you will be a liaison between the project management and accounting team. To thrive in this critical role, you should be a team player and a problem-solver who would enjoy building relationships throughout the organization.
What you'll do
- Assist Project Controls by serving Accounting and Project Management teams
- Analyze and ensure accuracy of all job costs through daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews with Project Management
- Provide project support by monitoring budgets established by project management and performing cost allocations, reallocations, corrections, or change orders
- Assist management in making critical business decisions to aid in profitability
- Support the company's financial objectives by providing financial analysis on each project
- Develop and manage business analytics and integrations by evaluate changing trends to form profitable accounting strategies
- Analyze and maintain project schedule data.
- Auditing project processes and procedures
- Attend project meetings as needed
What you bring to the team
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in construction (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and work collaboratively with team members throughout the organization
- Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Have good communication skills, written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in Analytics Tools
- Construction knowledge (preferred)
