Customer facing position. Assist in Daily operations of Neighborhood Butcher Shop. We do everything from custom cut steaks to House-Smoked Wagyu Beef Jerky; Sandwich/Lunch service to Caterings; Opening to Closing. With NO LATE NIGHTS and 2 consecutive days off a week w/ 2 vacations a year( 1 week in August & 1 week in January ).
