Qualifications
•
Strong command of the English language; outstanding writing and verbal skills
•
Minimum of 3+ years related experience working in a similar role
•
Excellent references required from both current and previous employers
•
Ability to fully manage kitchen cleaning, stocking, serving, maintenance, etc
•
Strong seasonal cooking skills; ability to replicate any dish/recipe
•
Exceptional organizational and time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
•
Polished, poised, and professional in both mindset and manor; use of utmost discretion at all times
•
Flexibility in scheduling; willingness to work long hours and overtime if necessary
•
Legally able to work within United States
•
An emphasis on traditional, seasonal, and Italian cuisine is preferred
•
Overseeing all elements of hospitality, food, and beverage service within the restaurant.
•
Organizing and maintaining kitchen, ensuring pantry is stocked at all times; maintaining inventory
Oversee line cooks with minimum time spent cooking on the line
