Position Details The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be working in a 16-bed facility, with individuals with a mental illness. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Administer medications, monitor vital signs, assess for any physical illnesses, educate residents on healthy living and medication compliance, Participant as an active member of a multidisciplinary team Communicate effectively with supervisor and report any concerns.
