Busy reservation desk seeking to hire a Reservationist Team Leader. Customer service and administrative duties experience a requirement. Seeking a qualified candidate with OpenTable experience.
Job roles/requirements include but not limited to:
1. Answer all incoming calls and transfer inquires to correct department heads
2. Making and canceling reservations via Opentable
3. Daily confirmation calls to confirm all bookings
4. Checking restaurant's emails and responding to them accordingly
5. Communicating messages to senior staff - informing them of special requests, needs and complaints
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Docs.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
