Galley Beach Restaurant  is looking for select culinary positions to join our kitchen team for 2022.  If your are an  aspiring culinary talent seeking a positive environment and hands on leadership, at a restaurant with one of the best reputation on Nantucket and beyond then we are looking to speak with you. We are seeking focused and dedicated people who collaborate well with others. We are offering free housing and salaries starting at $1,500 per week to the right candidate. The season mid-May through mid-October avails you around a $40,000.00 seasonal salary, and is a great time to be on island. We utilize high quality ingredients sourced as locally. All seafood and most produce are from on-island purveyors and farms. In our kitchen, we will provide delicious, properly executed food. High volume experience is preferred, although the desire to learn and contribute in a team environment is most important. The menu changes seasonally, Spring, Early Summer, Late Summer and Fall menus as well as daily specials all dictated by available fresh and local ingredients.
