Job Description In this position, you will have a role in executing improvements within the Airstream Quality Management System. Your focus will be to assess and mitigate risks within our processes by developing, executing, and updating process failure mode effect analyses and control plans. You will also spend a significant amount of your time solving problems.
Function Overview The Quality Assurance Department is responsible for delivering engineering and technical solutions required to produce industry-leading quality in our travel trailers and motor homes. Depending on the assignment, activities will involve various departments including Product Development & Engineering, Supply Chain, Service and Operations including Assembly, Wood Shop, Final Inspection, etc.
Minimum Requirements - Enrolled in an engineering or technical degree.
Preferred Requirements - Problem Solving: Has the ability to solve basic to intermediate problems throughout the manufacturing process.
