Position Overview:
As an outpatient Physical Therapist, you'll help patients restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability. Responsibilities include developing and administering individualized care plans, performing assessments (e.g., range of motion, strength, and gait analysis), and delivering therapy for musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and other systems. You'll collaborate with healthcare providers, educate patients on exercises and assistive devices, and maintain compliant documentation.
Qualifications:
